About Us Integrity ITS was established in 2010 by three experienced recruiters who identified a space for an IT specialist agency which could remove the hassle of recruitment for both clients and candidates.

Offering contract and permanent recruitment, large scale campaign management, payroll and limited company advice and support for contractors, Integrity can provide an end-to-end service – and does so for a broad range of clients, from ambitious regional start-ups to multi-national blue chips.

With a dedicated candidate management system, created specifically to cater for the niche requirements of the IT industry, combined with many years’ experience and knowledge operating across a wide variety of sectors, Integrity can source candidates unavailable and unknown to much of the market.

An antidote to the ‘automated’ approach to recruitment now so evident across the industry, Integrity has maintained a reputation for the highest quality service by embedding accountability across our entire business.

Our directors remain hands-on with every aspect of our operations; from client servicing to in-house training. Yes, we use technology to streamline many of the processes of recruitment (and we’ve developed our own, sophisticated software to do just that), but we’re also great advocates of the value of knowledge.

Knowledge that achieving the right fit should never be a box ticking exercise. That culture and sector experience can be as critical as specific skills. That instinct often counts as much as the perfect CV.

It’s why we’ve flipped the traditional agency model on its head. Our consultants aren’t paid on commission. Instead they’re targeted with sourcing the right candidates and building long-term relationships with clients – an emphasis on client outcomes rather than our own bottom line.

It’s these relationships that have made us one of the most successful recruiters in our home county of Yorkshire and across the UK – and the reason many of the people on our books who started out as Integrity candidates, have since switched sides to become some of our most loyal clients.

Management team

Integrity’s management team set up the business in 2010, and have now worked together for over 20 years.

Driven by a joint commitment to the principles of good recruitment, the ethics and approach that brought them together in the first place, remain fundamental to the business now.

Biographies

Integrity’s board directors, Maura Kelly, Neil Thornton and Jonathan Pollard, have worked together for the past 15 years, building successful businesses based on their combined vision for hands-on, strategic client partnerships.

Having quickly climbed the ranks of frontline IT recruitment, Neil and Maura first joined forces in 1995, setting up and driving the growth of Technology Recruitment Solutions in Halifax. With the partnership at the helm, the business quickly attracted interest from larger agencies and before long was bought by one of these agencies.

Maura and Neil soon became critical members of their new employers’ technology team; Maura heading up sales, as Neil was made managing director.

Also, Jonathan was making his own mark on the PLC, at first implementing a back office system for its executive search division, before taking on healthcare and technology, where he developed and implemented front and back office, and payroll systems, to support the business’s rapid growth.

It was during his time with the technology team that Jonathan first started working with Maura and Neil, and it quickly became clear that all three shared a mutual passion for marrying innovative technology and recruitment processes with the highest levels of customer service.

In 2010 the trio left the organisation and set up Integrity ITS – Neil taking the helm as MD, Maura as Sales Director and Jonathan developing the processes and financial management of the business as FD.

Integrity quickly grew, and within a few short years had become the thriving consultancy it is today, with a turnover of over £10million and a client list including small, niche businesses through to national blue chips.

The ethics, passion, and belief in delivering the very best that Maura, Neil and Jonathan first identified in each other all those years ago remains at the heart of Integrity today; driving everyone who works for the business and bringing clients back to work with us again and again.
